Express Delivery Service and Coverage
Our store uses express delivery: SF Express
Delivery coverage: Hong Kong region
Shipping Fee Plan
- Standard Shipping Fee: HK$0
- Ships within 1–2 working days after payment, generally delivered within 1–3 working days (excluding remote areas or adverse weather conditions)
- Remote Area Surcharge: +HK$10 / per shipment per trip

Please determine whether your delivery address is in a remote area and select the corresponding shipping fee (Standard / Remote +HK$10) during checkout.
If the address is in a remote area and "Standard Shipping Fee" was selected during checkout, we will notify you before shipping and collect an additional HK$10 surcharge; if the price difference is not paid within the specified time, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
If redelivery or address change is required due to incomplete address, no one to sign for, or other reasons beyond our control, additional fees may apply and will be borne by the customer.
Processing Time and Tracking
All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 0–2 working days after payment (extended for holidays).
Once the product leaves the warehouse, the express delivery time depends on the SF Express network and your location.
A SF Express tracking number will be provided after shipment for tracking.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is subject to the actual SF Express network; in case of adverse weather, public holidays or epidemic arrangements, the delivery time may be extended.
Generally, it takes at least 1–3 working days for the product to be delivered.
Special Instructions
- Please provide a complete Chinese or English address, contact number and recipient's name.
- P.O. boxes are not delivered.
- Hong Kong local orders generally do not involve customs duties. If there are statutory government fees, they will be subject to the actual amount.
- If urgent delivery is required, please indicate it in the "Order Remarks" when placing the order, and we will try our best to arrange it.
