You have the right to return products ordered through the Website for a refund within three (3) days of receiving the product. Please note that we will charge a 5% handling fee on the order amount, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the product. Thank you for your understanding.

When returning merchandise, customers must keep the packaging intact, ensuring it is new, unused, and in the same condition as when they received it. Customers must not remove any labels from the returned merchandise. Furthermore, customers must return the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, including gifts, if any. If the returned merchandise, packaging, labels, documentation, or gifts do not meet the aforementioned requirements, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the returned merchandise and deny a refund. Flash sale items cannot be cancelled or returned.

Our customer service representative will provide the return service address and process. Products not purchased on the website cannot be returned in accordance with these Terms of Sale. We will not accept returns without first contacting MUSE LAKE Customer Service to confirm the return.
