The MUSE LAKE Official Website currently accepts orders for delivery within Hong Kong only. Orders with delivery addresses outside of Hong Kong are not available at this time.
For delivery addresses classified as Remote Areas, an additional surcharge of HKD 10 will be applied. [Click here to view details]
We are actively working to extend our delivery service to Macau in the near future.
Our default courier is SF Express. (SF Express will arrange a pick-up point that can deliver to your address, please rest assured.)
Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time will depend on the courier’s handling process and your location. Please monitor the order status of your product. Under normal circumstances, delivery will take at least 1 to 3 days to complete.
Order
You can check the status of your recent orders by clicking "My Orders" in the My Account page. We will also communicate with you via SMS and email as soon as possible if there is any update on your order status.
Payment Methods
The amount displayed on the page is HKD. When paying in foreign currency, it will be automatically converted according to the current exchange rate.
Return and Exchange Service
This website accepts returns within three (3) days from the date of delivery. Please note: We will charge a 5% handling fee of the order amount, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Please understand.
The customer should keep the returned product packaging intact, new and unused, and in the same condition as when the customer received the product; the customer shall not remove any labels of the returned product. In addition, the customer shall also return the original packaging box of the product, including all accessories and documents, and any gifts. If the returned product and packaging, labels, documents or gifts do not meet the above conditions, we have the right to refuse to accept the returned product and refuse to refund.
Within 3 days of receiving the product, you can contact customer service to apply for a return. The specific process is as follows:
Step 1: Log in to your account, contact customer service by email or WhatsApp, and inform the order number, product, quantity, and reason for return. Step 2: Our customer service will confirm your return application within 2 working days and inform the relevant return address. Step 3: After the return application is confirmed, you need to contact the logistics distribution, return the returned product together with the corresponding accessories and receipts to the designated return location, and inform the customer service of your return logistics order number.
Notice:
After we receive your returned goods and the warehouse has inspected and received them, we will complete the return within 3-5 working days, and the refund will also be returned within 3 working days after the return is completed. After the refund, the specific time for the payment to arrive depends on the payment method you used.
Please note: 1. For returns not due to quality issues, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs, packaging costs and other costs incurred during the return process. 2. When non-free shipping products are returned for personal reasons, the refund will only be the total amount you paid for the goods. You will need to bear the express shipping costs yourself. We are very sorry, except for product quality reasons, we are currently unable to exchange products. If you need to exchange the product you ordered (such as color, size, etc.), you must return the product according to the return procedures and then purchase the product you need on the website. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by you. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, please carefully check your product information before placing an order.
