1) Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: HK$0
— Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment; delivery usually takes 1–3 business days (excluding remote areas or severe weather conditions).

Remote Area Surcharge: +HK$10 / per shipment
— If the delivery address is listed as a “Remote Area” by SF Express, an additional fee will apply. Please refer to the official SF Express listing:

Note: If SF Express updates its remote area list or surcharges, the final charge will follow SF Express’s official announcement, and our policy will be adjusted accordingly.

Please check whether your delivery address is considered a remote area and select the correct shipping option (Standard / Remote +HK$10) during checkout.
If your address is in a remote area but “Standard Shipping” is selected, we will notify you before dispatch to collect the additional HK$10 fee. If the surcharge is not settled in time, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
If redelivery or address changes are required due to incomplete address, failed delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

2) Processing Time & Tracking

In general, all in-stock items will be processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days after payment (excluding public holidays).
The delivery time depends on SF Express’s logistics process and your location.
Once shipped, an SF Express tracking number will be provided for order tracking.

3) Delivery Time

Delivery time is subject to SF Express’s actual service network. During severe weather, public holidays, or pandemic arrangements, delivery time may be extended.
In normal cases, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

4) Special Notes

Address: Please provide a complete address in Chinese or English, including contact number and recipient’s full name.
No Delivery to P.O. Boxes: SF Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Taxes & Duties: Local Hong Kong orders generally do not incur customs duties. If any government-mandated fees apply, the actual charge will prevail.
