Express delivery service and delivery range

Our store uses SF Express as our courier service.
Delivery area: Hong Kong

Shipping plan

• Standard shipping fee: HK$0
• Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment, and delivery is generally within 1–3 business days (except for remote areas or inclement weather).
• Remote area surcharge: +HK$10 per ticket per trip

Please determine for yourself whether your delivery address is in a remote area and select the corresponding shipping fee (standard/remote + HK$10) at checkout.
If your address is in a remote area and you selected "Standard Shipping" at checkout, we will notify you before shipment and charge an additional HK$10 surcharge. If you fail to pay the difference within the specified time, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
If redelivery or relocation is required due to incomplete address, no one to sign for the package, or other reasons beyond the store's control, or if additional costs are incurred, the customer shall bear the costs.

Processing time and tracking

All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 0–2 business days after payment (excluding holidays).
Once the product is shipped from the warehouse, the delivery time depends on the SF Express network and your location.
After shipment, a SF Express tracking number will be provided for tracking purposes.

Delivery time

Delivery time is subject to the actual network conditions of SF Express; delivery time may be extended in case of severe weather, public holidays or epidemic-related arrangements.
Under normal circumstances, products require at least 1–3 business days to be delivered.

Special Note

• Please provide a complete Chinese or English address, contact number, and recipient's name.
• Post office boxes are not available for delivery.
• Orders placed in Hong Kong generally do not involve customs duties. If there are any government-mandated fees, the actual amount will prevail.
• If you require expedited delivery, please indicate this in the "Order Notes" when placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
